Restaurant Manager


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Ufa. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to, staff supervision, inventory management, budgeting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Create employee schedules and assign duties to staff members
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and promote customer loyalty
- Create budgets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
