Hotel Sales Manager - Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are hiring a skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our hotel. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage a team of sales representatives, setting goals and providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, making adjustments to strategies as needed
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, attending conferences and networking events when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience managing a team is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Triesen, Liechtenstein. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, we are currently prioritizing Kenyan candidates for this position.
