Job Title: Executive Chef - International Cuisine (Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya)


We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef with experience in international cuisine to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, delicious meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities, ensuring compliance with recipes, portion sizes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Develop new menu items and recipes to meet the changing needs of our guests.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and marketing to develop new promotional initiatives for food products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with proficiency in preparing dishes from various countries.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team of kitchen staff.
- Strong understanding of food safety principles and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality at all times.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one.
