Executive Chef - Nepali Cuisine (Seasonal)
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with expertise in Nepali cuisine to join our team for a seasonal position in Ar Rumaythiyah. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and lead our kitchen in creating authentic Nepali dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate a menu featuring traditional Nepali dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal specials and promotions
- Manage budget and control costs while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Nepali cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Nepali culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Salary:
1500$ per month (seasonal position)
