Head Baker


We are a renowned bakery located in the bustling city of Las Vegas and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the head baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery's operations, including production, inventory management, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop new recipes for our bakery products, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of freshness and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply for customer demand.
- Train and supervise baking staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop new products or promotions.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in a professional bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience managing inventory levels and maintaining cost control measures.
- Ability to lead a team effectively with strong communication skills.
- Must be physically fit as the job involves standing for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Culinary degree or certification in Baking or Pastry Arts.
- Experience working in high-volume bakeries or hotels/restaurants.
- Experience creating gluten-free or vegan baked goods is a plus.

Salary: $1800/month
