Concierge

A luxury hotel in Shan is seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Handle guest complaints or issues with poise and professionalism
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service for guests
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and activities preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
