Barista - Specialty Coffee Maker (Al Buraymi)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al Buraymi, offering specialty coffee in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with 1400$ salary, requiring previous experience in the coffee industry.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work space. You must have a strong knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of specialty coffee drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of the café and equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista or in the coffee industry
- Knowledge of different brewing methods
- Ability to create latte art
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be able to work full-time hours without accommodation
