Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design solutions that align with their needs and budget. You will also oversee the entire construction process, ensuring that all designs and plans are executed accurately and efficiently.

To excel in this position, you must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and design techniques. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas to clients. Additionally, previous experience in project management is preferred.

This is a contract job based in Clairvaux, suitable for men of Indian nationality. The salary for this role is 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design solutions
- Prepare drawings, models, and presentations using computer-aided design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are accurately executed
- Manage project budget and timeline
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress of construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience in project management preferred
