Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department in a hotel located in Lom, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained. This position is suitable for male candidates from Pakistan or the Philippines, who have experience in housekeeping and are looking for a part-time job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners
- Assign duties and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Prepare work schedules and handle employee scheduling requests
- Assist in budget planning and control costs while maintaining high levels of cleanliness
- Respond to guest requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper maintenance of rooms and public areas
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
