Sales Representative - Eldoret, Kenya (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to Indian customers in the region. You will be expected to meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential Indian customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers in a persuasive manner
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing Indian customers to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Indian market
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people from different cultural backgrounds
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Salary: 1800$ per month (plus commission)
Contract Type: Full-time contract
