Land Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Shan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and creating accurate maps and reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment and tools
- Identify property boundaries and prepare accurate maps and reports
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Communicate with clients and government agencies regarding survey findings
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using land surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan (open for Indians)

Language requirements: Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
