A busy coffee shop in Ufa, Russia is seeking an experienced Barista who is fluent in English to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a barista and must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve various coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and standards for each drink
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly personality
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must possess a biometric passport or have the ability to obtain one

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month based on experience.
