Data Analytics Specialist - Balzers


As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify insights and trends that will help our company make data-driven decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their data needs, designing and implementing data collection methods, and creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to identify patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights.
- Design and implement data collection methods, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings.
- Monitor data quality, resolve any issues, and maintain the integrity of the database.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to data analytics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in analyzing large datasets using statistical software (e.g. R, SAS) or coding languages (e.g. Python).
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression analysis, classification models, clustering algorithms.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Balzers (open for remote work)
