Barista

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at our bustling coffee shop in Bayan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee drinks that will delight our customers and keep them coming back for more. This is a contract job with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences and company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop and equipment, including regular cleaning and maintenance of the espresso machine
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed when handling food products
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Upsell additional products such as pastries or merchandise to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods, latte art skills are a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- A valid work visa is required
