Machine Operator


We are a manufacturing company in Mombasa seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep records of production output, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and blueprints
- Familiarity with different types of machinery used in manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy objects if needed
