Online Consultant - English Speaking (Izhevsk, Russia)
We are currently seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. You will serve as a key point of contact for our English-speaking clients and assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with technical issues or troubleshooting
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or escalate to the appropriate department if needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, promotions, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with basic understanding of online platforms such as social media, email, and chat
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
