Contract Merchandiser in Manama, Bahrain


We are in urgent need of a skilled Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Contract Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product sales and profitability. Your main goal will be to ensure our products are displayed attractively and effectively in retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans based on market trends and customer demand
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research and analyze competition to make informed decisions on product placement and pricing
- Communicate with store managers to negotiate space allocation for our products
- Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained in all stores
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight key features of our products
- Regularly visit stores to check on product displays, inventory levels, and overall store appearance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of market trends, product positioning, and visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to travel within the city as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this contract position.
