Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Eschen, Liechtenstein


Our 5-star hotel in the beautiful city of Eschen is seeking a highly motivated and professional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current hotel promotions and packages
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
