As a Painter and Decorator, you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes to surfaces in order to enhance the appearance of buildings and structures. Your duties may include selecting appropriate materials, preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and matching paint colors, and ensuring proper application techniques are used.

To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, excellent color vision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in painting is required. You must also possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
