Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said, Qatar
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for managers
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Make travel arrangements for staff members when needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary: 1600$ per month.
