Barista (Urgent) - Eschen, Pakistan

We are currently hiring for a skilled Barista to join our team in Eschen, Pakistan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing excellent customer service. This is an urgent position and no previous experience or English language skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Explain menu items to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as needed
- Follow health code regulations when handling food products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Help with cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Knowledge of different types of coffees, teas, and other beverages is an asset

Salary: $1100 per month
