Junior Back-End Developer

We are hiring a Junior Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Balzers, Kenya. As a Junior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end of our web applications. Your main duties will include writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and collaborating with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration of user-facing elements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Spring
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining the back-end of our web applications
- Writing clean and efficient code that meets project requirements
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues identified by users or during testing
- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements into the back-end
- Ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the applications
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality
