Architectural Designer - Full Time



We are a growing architectural firm in Shan, looking for a talented and dedicated Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for various construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure that designs meet all necessary requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and vision
- Develop detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design ideas
- Work with project managers to create realistic project timelines
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into all projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure that designs are being followed accurately
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1500/month

Location: Shan, Egypt (Preference for African or Egyptian nationals)
