Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Shan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative architectural concepts and plans for various projects. You should have a strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas

Salary:
Starting at 1700$ per month
