Restaurant Manager
A busy restaurant in Mauren is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and strong leadership skills to manage our diverse team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and customer service.
- Train and supervise employees to ensure excellent service and maintain high quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure satisfaction of customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff on menu planning, pricing, and specials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, financial reporting, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a temporary or seasonal position.
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine or previous experience working with Indian cuisine.
