Construction Project Manager


We are a leading construction company based in Jizan and we are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of construction projects
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately
- Manage project resources and effectively allocate them for maximum efficiency
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders regularly
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety measures are being followed
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Prepare reports on project progress, budget, and any potential risks or delays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with biometric passports is preferred but not required
