Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Triesen. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to architects and engineers in the design and development of construction projects. You will also be involved in creating detailed drawings and models, conducting site surveys, and reviewing building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop construction plans and designs
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site surveys to gather information for project planning
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Prepare specifications and cost estimates for construction projects
- Create 3D models to visualize design concepts
- Assist with project management tasks, such as scheduling and budgeting
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address any technical issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to create detailed drawings and 3D models accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
