IT Support Specialist
We are in search of a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Shan, India. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, and software. You will also assist with network maintenance, installation of new equipment, and data backup and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install new equipment and perform updates as needed.
- Maintain network security by implementing firewalls and other security measures.
- Monitor network performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
- Train staff on proper use of technology tools and systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software applications, networking protocols (TCP/IP), and internet technologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical language.
