Sales Associate


We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Shan, India. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in a retail setting. Your main goal will be to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers
- Maintain a visually appealing store display and keep it well-stocked
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate if necessary
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and policies

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Willingness to learn about products and services offered by the company
- Must be able to obtain a valid work visa if not already located in Shan
