Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Shan, India. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing architectural plans and specifications for construction projects. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with CAD software and other design tools. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility
- Keep up-to-date with building codes and regulations
- Use CAD software to create 2D/3D models of designs
- Review designs for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare cost estimates and material lists for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with project management is a plus
