We are searching for a highly skilled Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Malindi. As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the claims process and ensure they receive fair compensation for their losses.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims by gathering information, reviewing policies, and assessing damages
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage and liability
- Evaluate the extent of damages and negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Communicate with clients, agents, and other professionals to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for claim resolution
- Keep accurate records of all communication and activities related to the claim file

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
