Job Title: Experienced Barista for English Speaking Cafe in Shan

We are currently hiring an experienced Barista to join our team at our English speaking cafe located in Shan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and standards
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a professional setting
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with different brewing methods
- Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- A valid biometric passport (for non-nationals)
