Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Shan. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or plans to determine the layout and materials needed for construction
- Measure and mark surfaces to be covered with bricks or other materials
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Lay bricks or stones in rows, patterns, or designs while ensuring they are level and aligned properly
- Cut or shape bricks, stones, or other materials to fit into specific areas
- Repair cracks or chipped areas on existing structures using appropriate methods and materials
- Clean finished surfaces using water hoses, brushes, or chemicals as required

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or plans accurately
- Proficient in using various masonry tools such as trowels, levels, saws, etc.
- Strong knowledge of different types of mortar mixtures and their applications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
