Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Fluent in English (Malayalees and Nepali preferred).
- Ability to work full time with own visa.
- Accommodation provided.
