We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Shan, China. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including basic repairs, maintenance work, and general labor. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of handyman tasks and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance work such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, and painting
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues
- Assist with general labor tasks such as moving furniture or equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools
- Communicate any necessary repairs or replacements to the appropriate parties
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while completing tasks

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor if necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
