Job Title: Female Barber

Location: Kingsman Cut Salon, Marassi Galleria Mall, Bahrain

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9 hours/day, 6 days a week)

Salary: Competitive + 30% commission on sales

Visa: Employment visa provided

Accommodation: Provided if required

Job Summary

Kingsman Cut Salon is seeking skilled and passionate Female Barbers to join our team at our modern and high-end salon located in Marassi Galleria Mall, Bahrain. We are dedicated to providing top-quality haircuts and grooming services to our male clientele and need professionals who are committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Haircutting & Grooming: Perform haircuts, trims, fades, beard styling, and straight razor shaves.

Customer Service: Greet clients, offer expert advice, ensure satisfaction, and build client loyalty.

Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.

Sales & Promotions: Promote salon services and products to increase sales.

Team Collaboration: Work together with the team to provide excellent service and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Administrative Duties: Manage client records, bookings, and appointments.

Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years in a barbershop or salon.

Skills: Proficient in haircutting, beard grooming, and straight razor techniques.

Language: Proficiency in Arabic or English.

Professionalism: Clean appearance and friendly demeanor.

Flexibility: Willingness to work 6 days a week.

Visa: Employment visa eligibility.
