Senior Architect - Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are hiring a proactive and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, from residential buildings to commercial complexes. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other architects to ensure that all projects are executed within budget and in compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs and provide technical expertise for building projects
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with medical insurance. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport. Freshers need not apply.
