We are seeking a skilled Artisan Baker to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an Artisan Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads and pastries using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients. Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Shape and bake various types of breads and pastries
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times accordingly
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Decorate pastries with glazes, icings, fillings or toppings as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Order supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels
- Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certificate preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Strong knowledge of traditional baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and measure ingredients correctly
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
