A welding company in Shan, India is seeking experienced welders of all genders to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metals together according to specifications. This position requires experience in MIG and TIG welding techniques and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding operations using MIG and TIG techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and grinding
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain welding equipment and tools

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a welder
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with various welding machines and tools
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in various positions
- Attention to detail for accurate workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
