IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Mauren. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our network and servers, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and security of our company's network, servers, and databases
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new technologies to improve efficiency
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and system reliability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and server maintenance
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery strategies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
