IT Manager


Our company in Mauren is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's information technology systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage budget for IT department, including purchasing equipment and software licenses
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong technical background with knowledge of various operating systems, databases, and network infrastructure
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide team members towards successful project completion
- Knowledge of data security principles and compliance regulations (such as GDPR)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies or upgrades within a company

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1100 per month for this position. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for our employees.
