Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Web Designer to join our team in Mauren. This position is open to Indian nationals and does not require English proficiency. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the website. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, as well as knowledge of web design principles, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet clients' needs and objectives
- Collaborate with development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the website
- Design wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for new projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed projects to ensure they meet design standards
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into designs
- Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with marketing team on digital campaigns and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in web design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
