Sales Manager - Malayalees Preferred



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth. This position is open to Malayalees with a valid work visa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage
