Indian Restaurant Manager in Al Buraymi, Oman


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's staff, creating and implementing policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring profitability.

As an Indian Restaurant Manager, you must have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and be able to effectively train and manage a team of chefs to prepare authentic dishes. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff members
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of ingredients
- Develop menus that reflect authentic Indian cuisine
- Monitor food costs to ensure profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine including spices, cooking techniques, and cultural significance
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a diverse team
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality or service standards
- Knowledge of inventory management software is preferred
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
