Administrator for Indian Applicants in Moscow
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to join our team in Moscow. As an Indian living in Moscow, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as experience working in an administrative role. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task effectively, and have a positive attitude. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with organizing company events
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle visa applications and other related paperwork for foreign employees
- Liaise with various departments within the company
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
