We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As the Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed effectively in retail stores. This is a full-time position with no English language requirement, making it an ideal opportunity for non-native speakers or students looking for employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with retail store managers to plan and execute product displays and promotions
- Monitor and report on sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product placement
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and driving sales
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to improve their ability to promote the products
- Monitor inventory levels in stores and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
