Handyman for Urgent Full-Time Position in Moscow


We are urgently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Moscow. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, and accommodation will be provided. We are specifically looking for candidates who are Egyptian or Nepali, and can speak English fluently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Perform repairs on equipment and appliances as needed
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance techniques and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically capable of performing manual labor tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of Russian language is a plus
