Job Title: Indian Restaurant Manager in Ar Rumaythiyah


We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members.
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and policies.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant sales.
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of budgeting, profit margins, and cost control measures.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
