Land Surveyor



We are a leading construction company in Riyadh seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys and measurements of various land areas for our construction projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using the latest surveying equipment
- Analyze survey data, create maps and charts, and prepare reports for project managers
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and calculations by regularly calibrating equipment
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey data for project planning and design
- Make necessary adjustments to survey equipment to ensure precision and accuracy in measurements
- Follow safety protocols at all times while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, data collectors, and other surveying tools
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software is an asset
- Knowledge of land surveying laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is required
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
