We are currently hiring a Librarian to join our team in Ufa, Russia. This is a great opportunity for an English-speaking individual who is passionate about books and has experience working in a library setting.

Responsibilities:
- Manage library operations and ensure efficient and smooth functioning of all services
- Assist library patrons with book selections and provide information on library resources
- Organize and maintain library collections, including cataloging, shelving, and weeding out outdated materials
- Plan and conduct programs and events to promote library services and engage the community
- Train and supervise library staff and volunteers
- Maintain accurate records of library transactions and prepare reports as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a library setting
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
- Familiarity with library systems and software, such as Dewey Decimal Classification, MARC records, etc.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month with accommodation provided. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
